This is a copy service only you must provide the needed information on this form for AFGS to process your request. Prices listed are for members of the American-French Genealogical Society as well as for non members of the American-French Genealogical Society. |

| AFGS members may receive a total of 7 copies Free from category B per year. For AFGS Members ordering more then 7 copies the cost will be $2.00 each. |

If you were to order that Obit line of information it would count as 2 obits. Some Obits could be in more then one volumn and contain more then one obit for the same name. Each obit line as shown below could have a number of obits. |
