| How to use the AFGS Volunteer worksheet
We are interested in the amount of time our Volunteers devote to AFGS projects. If you are doing volunteer work for AFGS we are asking that you to please print out the above form and fill it out as you work on our projects. Then if possible please send the form monthly to AFGS. Mail to: AFGS Volunteer List
NOTE: You are not required to fill out the form to work on our projects but we would like to know the hours spent by Volunteers.. Thank You |
